No refunds will be issued for any reasons, please take this into consideration before completing the payment.


The hardcopy receipt will not be provided, please download it in Member Center by clicking “Download Acceptance letter& Receipt”. If you need a hard copy proof of the payment, please print it out and bring it to the conference registration desk for a stamp. For other specific requests, please email to


The organizer committee issue only ONE certificate for each submission that completes the registration fee. For example, 2 co-authors who complete the payment under the same paper, they will receive 2 certificates of presentation. If only 1 author completes the payment, he/she will be issued one certificate of presentation and another co-author won't be issued the certificate.

Certificate of Presentation --> for authors Indicates a presenter’s name, affiliation and the paper title that is presented in the scheduled session

Certificate of Attendance--> for Listeners Includes participant’s name and affiliation, certifying the participation in the conference. If you need both "Certificate of Presentation" and "Certificate of Attendance", please email to the secretariat in advance:

How to make a payment?

Both author and listener are required to complete the registration payment on Member Center. For Listeners, please log in to Member Center and click "Audience Registration" to register as a listener.

Over-the-counter Bank transfer Account information will be informed if required.

Credit Card Payment can be made online via PayPal. The instruction and permission of online payment will be provided along with the acceptance/ invitation letters.

Visa Declaration

ACMASS organizer and ACMASS committee hereby reiterate that we are NOT authorized to assist with any Visa application works. We, here include the organization itself, the conference secretariat, international liaisons, and any individuals or parties related to ACMASS committee. ACMASS committee does not issue organization registration letter, guarantee letter, schedule of staying letter, local sponsor letter, and governmental format invitation letter, but provided only Invitation Letter issued by the Conference Committee Board. You may be required to submit a letter of guarantee to the embassy. Here ACMASS committee would like to emphasize the difference between a letter of invitation and a letter of guarantee.

Letter of Invitation

A Letter of Invitation is proof that your paper submission and registration application are accepted by the conference committee board. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.

Letter of Guarantee

A Letter of Guarantee is an individual/party who agrees to be legally and financially responsible for your stay during your visit to the country you’re going to. ACMASS committee will not provide any Letter of Guarantee.

Should your application be denied, ACMASS committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual be denied.
